Rolf Svanoe
Bio:
Pastor Rolf Svanoe grew up in Wisconsin, a full-blooded Norwegian cheesehead! He has served three churches in Wisconsin, but now pastors a Lutheran church in South Dakota, where the Packers are a definite minority. When he is not rooting for Green Bay or working on his Doctor of Ministry degree, he is playing his trumpet. Once in a while his church tolerates his liturgical innovations- like Jazz worship or Polka worship. He doesn't understand why they won't allow him to serve brats in the parking lot after worship. Rolf has earned degrees from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, as well as Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Preaching program at Luther Seminary.
