Mary Harwell Sayler has been a freelance and assignment writer for various Christian markets since 1972. She is the author of several inspirational romances published by Zondervan and Guidepost books, many children's books published by Broadman and Concordia, and a series of ""First Days"" devotional books all published by Broadman. She has won numerous writing awards, and is actively involved in Christian Writers Fellowship International, Catholic Press Association, and various other writer's organizations.
