Bio:
Leonard V. Kalkwarf is a retired minister of the Reformed Church in America, having served Reformed congregations in upstate New York, Long Island, Pennsylvania, and international congregation in Kuwait, and a Presbyterian church near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He holds an M.A. from New York University, and S.T.M. from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, and a D.Min from Princeton Seminary. A past president of the General Synod of the Reformed Church in America, he has written Catechism books [The Half Moon Press], as well as An Historical Sketch for The First Reformed Dutch Church of the City and Vicinity of Philadelphia [private publisher, 1960].
